We were doing some testing on outbound, have switched back to the London outbound. The guys are still busy with the DNS side of things, will update once done.
 
Has anyone had an issue where the FX light on the CPE goes off? My line was dead then I called up vumatel, they did something, then it came back up and my object number and address was wrong. :mad:

Every time I phone they ask when my line was installed and if I ever had an active service on the line. Obviously some bugger up has happened on their side.

Ive logged a fault with vumatel and I have a support ticket #COOL-20171221-64681

Otherwise my service from Cool Ideas has been great.

That's usually a cross patch, they have patched your service into someone else's port at street cabinet level. Will get on it with Vumatel in the morning.

Gosh what a mess-up. Makes sense as I have my neighbor's address. Vumatel's call agents stumbled over their words when I asked how I am getting the wrong address.

Essentially I'm paying for my neighbors internet. Quite a security risk as well. What happens if they had vumatel installed and did dodgy things online?

I'm seeing a lot of delays with websites opening and buffering on youtube today. Are you still making changes ?

My internet is down. ONT lights are on but router cannot authenticate. PBCool, are you aware of any issues?
 
Loop on the Vumatel aerial network, should be back to normal now.
