Yeap as mentioned the accounting is there by default, will probably remove it to be honest because it isn't relative.
 
@pbcool, a friend of mine in Cape Town/Stellies area. She ordered fibre from you guys 3 weeks ago, through SADV in de Velde Complex. She has been getting the run around in your call centre, have spoken to somebody named Edward and Greg and 2 other people, and no luck. Can you please have a look, I will send you her contact number via PM if you need it.

A batch of customers were debitted incorrectly with a systems error. We are having it reversed apologies.

Thanks will sort it out, if it's the same person I am thinking of it wasn't 3 weeks ago that it was ordered. And turnaround times from SADV is min 2 weeks.
 
Can anyone using CoolIdeas-MetroFibre check what speeds you are getting from a London Server and an Airtel Mumbai server? I am using another provider on the MetroFibre network and want to compare speeds as my connection speed is bad at the moment. Much appreciated.

Yeap but was a systems error, so we weren't even aware of it until we were notified by customers. Comms were then mailed out once a correct list was compiled and a refund was processed.
 
Still waiting for my linespeed upgrade. Got a phonecall last week and now nothing.

Reason for my moaning is I never got an email. Only heard about this refund business from you here and after I called you finance department.

Got to say I really expected the 50/50 package to be far better on torrents.
I know torrents are based on seeds but am getting much the same as I was on the 25/25 and torrents are really all I do.

The HTTP downloads are pretty quick but who really pulls HTTP downloads when looking for movies and series.

May go back to the 25/25.

On Youtube, the package really does perform but as I said it doesnt really help me

Yeap dependent on the torrent, make sure your torrent client is setup correctly with port forwards etc.

Yeah, my personal belief is torrents are being throttled.

On a side note, is their an issue with international this morning? Bit flaky my end...
