Good lord!!!!!!!!!!!! you have never seen takealot.com load this fast. Holy crap!!!! The full front page was loaded in a split second

So I've been with MTN FTTH for almost a year now, little to no downtime and probably only twice did I have some speed issues which resolved themselves.. my main gripe is the fact that they simply cannot manage to give me access to view my account on the online portal (long story), to view my usage / invoices etc.

So I'm moving to CISP as of 18 May..

From what I can see basically all the problems on this thread seem to relate to fibre providers.

The fact that MTN is as stable as it gets, means I should have no hassles with CISP.. so, my question is, is this true? Is CISP's bandwidth always good provided your fibre provider can keep themselves up?

Yes, they are also the most active Fibre ISP I know of on here, listening and reacting to customers request in real-time and actively making adjustments as needed.
So long your Fibre connection is good and it(MTN) have provisioned bandwidth accordingly so no congestion on there infrastructure, then your CISP speeds will be perfect.

Hi CISP

Are you aware of SADV still having issues? My connection just dropped again.

EU is broken for me. 400ms+ And it's just EU.

Not having any EU browsing issues personally.

Googled for that Valve server and tested what I found. Seems fine?

Hi CISP

Are you aware of SADV still having issues? My connection just dropped again.

We arent sure to be honest, most sessions are stable, so please pm me your PPP username so I can check.

Any one else having issues on TT connect,, unable to access my Unifi Controller or any Ubiquiti site... works on my 3g fine... dns server changes didn't help.

I only just saw the MyBB article about Cool Ideas price cuts for Openserve. Pretty cool that 100Mbps is now R1499. But why oh why isn't the 200Mbps also reduced?! I'll make the call this second to upgrade to the old R1.9k price if it bumps the speed. Oh well.

Is your line with CISP? IIRC you had ISPAfrika as your line provider. I'm thinking about transferring line to CISP, but don't want down time.

My line is with CISP. At my previous address my line was with ISPAfrika.

I had no downtime when my current line switched from CW to CISP.
