I get 5 - 7MB/s to that link using 10 threads to dl, seems that server is heavily throttled for being local.

Have you tried a Tenet or IS mirror?
Just tried again and running at line speed. 200Mbps.
But speed does fluctuate. Tried it a 2nd time and ran at 15 - 17 MB/s.
So must be that server.

must be the server then? :| had couple mates on cisp dl it as well all seem fine getting 10MB/s (100mbps), no problem, with wiru.co.za server.

this Neology link gives me 1.9 - 2.0MB/s. snail slow.
Other than this... how has CISP been on MTN?
I'm due to switch over them today - MTN says CISP is meant to set it up, CISP says MTN is meant to set it up so here I sit without a connection
but they are on it hopefully..

Hi as per the DM I've escalated and have you spoken to our connect team, not support.Other than this... how has CISP been on MTN?

Well it's not that simple and you are just making accusations
. There may be packet loss on your link which is causing poor international performance. What happens with an international Speedtest?
Due to your awesome service I have been recommending CISP to a few people - should have had 5 people signing up this week
