I have been checking out all the FTTH ISP's to see which one has got it all together, most noobs purely base their decision on selecting an ISP on pricing forgetting about the rest.

I rate Cool Idea's well above the other ISP's due to the following:

Network Quality
After Sales Service
Minimal turnaround time from install to activation
Great online support presence
AUP policy

Overall i cannot fault Cool Ideas and the experience and service received has been fantastic.

I agree 100%, they are fantastic! Have not had any issues except for when I was testing the Fibre in my area where I experienced 3 line drops all of which were resolved within an hour and that's not even Cool Ideas. Oh yes I did have 1 small hiccup with DNS and again Cool Ideas resolved it within minutes.

If this is the kind of service I'll be getting forever then I'll never leave.

Soooo waiting for them to add the 200/200 package on Vuma Aerial so I can upgrade ;)

Apparently the equipment is different possibly using latest technology in my area since we only went live like a month ago, so as far as I know it's possible.

Depends on the capacity of the cores that were installed i think, ,ours is brand new, cant do 200

PBCool, still no word on the 200/200 on Vuma Aerial?
Just had a meeting around it, it is apparently going to be available across the whole network come August 1st.

@PBCool

Does Octotel start calling for installs only after the area has gone live? the map still states Northen Subs Phase 1 going live at August even though Dwayne did confirm that might be a possible delay till end of August but no word form Octo itself yet took a walk around the complex all the boxes under the stairs are now closed and have circuit numbers on them and how many Units will be connected them. Sorry for all the questions just starting to get restless with the date getting closer!

Ahhhh brilliant! So happy! So does that mean you will add the package to the coolzone so we can upgrade?

Duwayne would know better to be honest.

When can I expect to hit the upgrade button ;)
August the 1st I believe, but ain't so simple on the aerial side as we need Vumatel to config the line manually.
