Strange thing I found now was that Amazon.com's website & order tracking isn't loading - possibly related to AWS mentioned above?

Was there a DNS error? I was picking it up on my side then switched to google dns and it all came right.

Not DNS more local transit issue, AWS specifically being marked as local traffic and not international.
 
Hi PBCool, signed up with you guys about a week ago and for the first couple of days everything was 100% but since the past weekend my uploading is around 5-6MB lower than the intended 20MB. Normally I wouldn't really care too much as I know speeds might be off with a Mb or 2 but I have been feeling it in the gaming dept.

Been noticing consistent packet drops on games like Fortnite especially, which has that little stats monitor showing the up and down packets. Downloading is 100% and I am getting the full 20MB and there is no packet drops whatsoever.

I have logged a call last Sunday and the support consultant said you guys had to replace a router in Rosebank? I also did send Speedtests and Tracert report. Could you just have a look and maybe point me in the right direction? Ticket: #COOL-20180722-126053

If I wasn't gaming, not an issue but the consistent packet drops is making it seriously difficult to play. It was fine before Sunday and I never had any issues with this when I was using Telkom LTE and later on Openserve.

Hi, have you tried bypassing the router as yet and connecting directly into the CPE? Also have you tried to run an MTR to fortnite at all?
 
I haven't no.

Surely can't be a Router issue if everything was working fine up until Sunday and then got a bit better as the week went on but still not 100%. So either Vuma, your side, international servers..

I will have to do an MTR tonight and revert back.

Are you on MFN? MFN is down for emergency maintenance, all customers. Mine was still down when i left home this morning
