My Cool Ideas free TP-Link Wireless N Router WR840N is a bit iffy the last month - wireless just stops working, and then you have to power cycle it to start working again. A while ago I had packet loss between the desktop and the router - and they are connected over a short cable :-/

It is already on the latest firmware - 0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 170421 Rel.70692n.

Anybody else have issues like these with these routers?

If you are having issues like that we can swap it out for you.

Hi Guys

What sort of download speeds do you guys on 100 Mbps lines get using TestMy.Net ( say via the LONDON server ? )

I dont even get 1/4 my speed, yet Speedtest.net reports full line speed (depending on which server you choose of course )

Granted these tests are different, i think testmy.net gives you a better idea of your REAL speed.

Then i go download something from Google Drive, and I get this :

So which one is accurate ?

Downloading the Zibo mod I see ;) nice!

You're lucky to get that, I get this on my 100Mbps line, lol, which is in line with my speedtest result to London...

I've logged ticket #COOL-20181010-156986 to investigate / troubleshoot mine.

Yeah mine ended in the bin, they are very poor quality. Also had to powercycle every once a week or so to get WiFi going again

This is what I get on my 200mb line. Something does not look right on yours.

Yup, something is very wrong. Have logged a ticket but so far it consists of telling me that international can fluctuate and I should try directly connected to the ONT, which I have done multiple times.

Hi @PBCool

Please check COOL 20181005-155291 for me. I am unable to download from my German or Taiwanese principles.

Speedtest to Vox London timed out 4 times on upload, now this is what I get: TTC 50/50 tested wired and only machine on the network.
