Default should be fine, you can always just bypass your router and plug in directly to test.Never mind, gone to pot again.Who knows what's going on.
Is this MTU correct?

This is not really related to traffic over the SACS cable, this is simply relative to accessing IPs on Angola cables' network. We are nearing the process of testing the Americas routes over SACS@PBCool
Regarding angola cables, they have peering points in cape town and joburg yet its forced to route through joburg from cape town. Is it possible to get this changed? I'm assuming its something that needs to be changed from their side because its the same from other ISPs as well. Asking because im eagerly awaiting for cisp to start using SACS, but don't want this extra added latency when its live.

What lights do you have on your ONT/CPE? If there isn't anything on our notice page then there isn't an outage we have been made aware of.Hi @PBCool
Need some help.... fiber on Vumatel just went down in Douglasdale .
Just had to happen at the start of a weekend. Have already sent a mail to Vumatel and raised a ticket -COOL-20181012-158610
Is there any general outage or are we singled out for the break ?
Yep mines down as wellLooks like MFN has just gone down not sure if its the same issues as this past week.
No notifications, but wouldn't be completely surprising. Have seen a dropoff on the NNI as well.Looks like MFN has just gone down not sure if its the same issues as this past week.
