Cool Ideas Fibre ISP - Feedback

@PBCool my line went down around 23:00 last night.
I rebooted my router a couple of times but there was no improvement.
This morning I get up and its still down.
Logs showed ppp12 error's in addition the the NAS error following it.
I rebooted the ONT and I am now online but under 10Mb on a 25Mb line.
The issue is, I have been on 10Mb for most of the month and paid for 25Mb.
As this issue has been ongoing for over a month and one could argue from the first week, can I cancel and be refunded the connection fee? I don't see why it should be wasted as I paid a fee and am not getting the service I am paying for.
I am also tired of running behind CISP for help as an ISP. I am happy to go back to Telkom who gave me better service and faster turn around for issues if I ever had any.

Vumayel trenched.
Slow blue flashing and orange light. No greens like normal....
I am with MFN on MFN and works fine, in Kyalami
So then its Cool Ideas with an issue on MFN in some areas?
Others in my complex with MFN on other ISPs work fine also!
@PBCool any ideas?
At what time though? I woke up at 6am and it was dead.
Came back at around 8am
Router with a orange light.
I tried resetting to no avail. Was definitely down

Their issue is affecting a handful of open access ISPs. Quite convenient their own ISP isn't affected.

Your first hop has high latency so seems to be a lan or router issue?

High latency starts on your own home network.
That looks like you are on wifi?
It looks like that when someone is downloading at full speed of the wifi AP, then other devices or the same device will see that latency. Same goes for uploading to the wifi AP.
Its hardwired. Only devices on wifi are the phones. and it;s a 100/10 line. pretty sure my phones aren't using full bandwidth.
(Edit) so seems copying stuff over the local network is causing the issue. $h!t switch probably. Thanks guys!
I also came up around that time after rebooting the ONT.
But I am not working at the right line speed. Its running slow.
They do not own Afrihost who seems to be working just fine in my complex.

Handful of open access ISPs they split the network off into groups.

I've been with Cool Ideas for around 2 months now and I want to commend and recommend Cool Ideas as a seriously awesome ISP. I've not had a single issue with international bandwidth since joining, line speeds are consistently what they are they are supposed to be.
