Is all Capetown traffic going through the same Benoni router ? Seems a bit unlikely ?

On 100/100 line and this is what I get trying to test the speedtest to the Randburg CISP server.

Upload doesn't even want to work.

I am getting the exact same issue with a 100/10 line. Below is my result.

Also having issues with speed test and streaming with Vuma / CISP in CPT - Durbanville area.
