When you own the network, yes its easy to set up the IGP to use shortest route.
However when it come to the internet, optimizing EGP is a lot more work. BGP can also do shortest path, but it is far more complex, and each network on the internet having their own idea about how they want to route ect. doesnt make it easier or better always. Manual tweaking will always be required, even if you have one of the biggest networks on the planet.

It would at least give some sort of indication where the issue might be and it is something you could test quite easily using expressvpn or privateinternetaccess or any other reputable/reliable vpn provider.

I have tried with IPVanish before. Didn’t make a difference. I’m telling you, things have been working perfectly until yesterday when it all went to the crappers again. I was easily streaming a 32gb 4k RD file during peak times. Something has changed yet again and now it’s rubbish.

Dude, can you explain your setup ? I've signed up for an RD account just to test this. The Kodi setup was a nightmare, and I didn't even get to get all the URLResolver crap to work.

I have an open stream at https://real-debrid.com/streaming-JOG4DDE5JNKEC and it works just fine for me.

BTW, I'm the other @PBCool.

There's legit videos on youtube on how to improve your download speed over PSN (Downloaded the 15GB Bo4 update over wifi in 12min )
 
So which competitor do you work for? Your experience is not the same as mine and quite a few other forumites. Why have you not posted in the correct thread where there is a dedicated rep to respond to your problem. If no assistance is recieved, rant away.

Do you have something you would like me to test for you regarding your RD so that i can show my results. Lastly could you let me know what you see as the benefits of RD or what i would like about it if i sign up ?

Sorry I do not use the forum often, I’ve been with cool ideas for a couple months now. And the last month or so the internet hasn’t been how it should be. I still get billed and comes up as 50mb line. I changed it to 100, I got 100mb a couple times. Bill came thru was very confused. But then the speed test didn’t even reach 30 at times. The only thing that has stayed consistent is the upload. Always getting 10mbit upload.

And your funny comments about working for a competitor is a joke, I have been with cool ideas from the beginning, I’d never use RSA Web or crystal haha. I prefer my ping to EU to be below 150. I’m just a bit pissed about the level of service I have received. Or lack there of.
 
I'm too drunk to watch the video and think but I read your headline. The topic.
And read about you going on about fibre fibre LOL and then I smiled.
Why? Because 8 years ago when I moved into my flat we had no fibre, my easiest and cheapest connection was wireless to my ISP's nearest tower, and that is a mere 300 metres away, maybe less.

Since 'fibre' rolled out everyone moved to it. Except for me coz I don't roll like that. Guess what? For last 2yrs I am the only phucker still on the wireless tower enjoying full bandwidth :ROFL:. ISP has asked me to go fibre and it is now literallly on my side of the lounge and I say No Thank You :) I rather be the only man on this wireless tower with no contention ratio. Bliss

They also warned me and scared me, but I signed up anyway. Where else was I to go? Vox Telecom? Don't make me laugh, that lot do NOT want my business even if I sucked the shits out of their arses and said "Please Sir, can I have some more"

My internet isn't perfect but its much better than Telkom's LTE, which by the way, fell over spectacularly this past Friday
