CISP is a useless ISP that cant even get RD working properly. They fixed it for a while and then broke it again. PBCool has no interest whatsoever to actually fix it. He will keep blaming everything and everyone else and refuses to take responsibility.

Ever consider it's a fault on RD's side? I mean they are some dodgy ass piracy service, I doubt they're using the best servers.

If RD is really unusable as you state on CISP well then CISP is not for you. On the other hand 99% of users couldn't really give 2shits about this RD app and the other usage with CISP is working flawlessly.
I went to check out RD but noticing they have a mere 39 streaming servers available to accomodate 400 active users made me reconsider to even care about testing. This RD service seems like a rather niche low userbase service even the most unknown VPN providers have allocated more server hosts than this RD streaming service which makes me wonder if the RD streaming point you are hitting is not hosted on some overloaded or just plain horrible bandwidth server.
Do you have a way to provide a direct link to the host you access in order to do actual testing rather than everyone blindly trying to test RD and possibly end up on different streaming servers not reflecting the same results you are seeing.

Ever considered that thousands of people all over the world use this service without any issues on lines much slower then my 200mb.
Users with 10 or 20mb lines stream better then my 200mb line on CISP.
Let that sink in.

Not in the mood to possible provide answers the questions at the end of my comment ?
It might provide answers to your wonky RD experience if more than one person could test from the same source, it matters to compare apples with apples in case of streaming servers being allocated.

Yet again you partly prove my point. Then it works, then it doesn't. To me this stinks of being allocated different servers at different times/days causing different outcomes.
Ever considered we are not in Europe and no one ISP can gaurentee end to end full line speed? Let that sink in.

The issue isn’t to provide a direct link. A direct link to a RD file is actually useless because I get full speed downloading with a download manager. The issue is streaming from my Nvidia Shield. The issue is that streaming from Nvidia Shield doesn’t use multi threading. So my single threaded downloads are so bad.

A quick Google search reveals how many people struggle with the same issues. And this is perhaps why I cannot find much wrong with CISP's service. God knows I am trying to find something wrong but it is probably the best internet connection I've had in years.

Ever considered that I get full line speed when downloading a RD file using a download manager that can handle multithreading but streaming off a Nvidia Shield that obviously only uses single thread doesnt work.

I wasn’t being rude, I was simply stating a fact that I need not troubleshoot anything. CISP just needs to get their heads out their asses and fix it like they did before.

Thank you for this. I spent most of my evening tonight learning how RD works and what can go wrong with it and I conclude its just like the other services, they're all here today, gone tomorrow. I think the fault lies with RD itself, not the ISP (CISP or other)
