OK so clearly I am not getting what I am paying for. I had a feeling this was going to be the case.
Local speed test of course is good.

Hey there, out of interest, how long did it take with Vuma to install after clicking order and choosing isp?Yip.. was trying to log the call for my interwebs in Pinetown, KZN being dead as well. Vumatel trenched.. and as I clicked submit, the clientzone went for a ball of donkey manure.
Hey there, out of interest, how long did it take with Vuma after clicking order and choosing isp on their site to complete installation?
My network went live 3 weeks ago, clicked order 2 weeks ago. I don't have any expectations therefore cannot get disappointed.

How do you pick between multi threaded or single on speedtest?
Are your services back up?
Which router are you using? Have you tried bypassing it?I am back home I have reconnected the router and its working again.
Common point of failure from the info in this thread appears to be Octotel.
I am not happy at all with this. Sorry but the Telkom LTE is better
