Yeah your upload is pretty bad then, have you tried restarting your router as yet?

@PBCool
I have done all of the tests to Vox/Cool Ideas/Octotel directly from the ONT, so there is no router involved.
The tests this morning from my windows/android over lan. and from my android over wifi, and now directly to the ONT is still the same. directly ont.jpg

@PBCool

Apologies, meant to update this thread last night, but Christmas prep got the better of me... My connection is all 100's.... the joys of having a complicated network at home, someone had disconnected a relatively vital portion of the core network so nothing worked :(

Please log it and request the iperf test procedure.

So @PBCool it's been 4 hours since I got a call from Dineo at Netstream and I'm still without internet.

How are my chances looking, should I just make peace with the fact that I will be without internet for the next 6 days?

Not at all we are always the point of contact, just please afford us the chance to resolve things :).
I have already sent in my cancellation. I do not believe you were to blame, but Octotel was and for this they will be punished heavily. I recommend you stop offering services on their FTTH until they've pulled up their socks or we can get rid of them in this area

Who's fooling whom?

Hello LTE my stable friend...
You outperform crap FTTH again...
I have yet again been taken for a loop...
Been sold snake oil and made to pay through the roof...
Consumer Protection Act has no tooth...
But bad press, and me now opening my yap will sure make those who think of OctoFAIL and CISP, to think again

Hey AL - do you really think you "punish" them by cancelling your single subscription ?. Like in seriously now ? There will probably be a few new signups to replace your 1 cancellation, so it makes no difference to them - trust me.

Nope not like that. Remember I work in IT, so I am just going to tell people the truth. They can make up their own minds. Word of mouth works wonders...

I have escalated these issues to their CTO, unfortunately I request that you give me some time to resolve. This time of year doesn't help either.

Yeah - I also work in IT. I think many of us do. But don't go falsely accuse CISP when it most probably isn't even their fault ( whatever the issue is that you are dealing with ).
