Anyone having issues streaming from Amazon Prime? Netflix always seems to work well, but I found with Amazon the video gets choppy a lot while watching, then it goes back to normal.

Is that a known Prime Video issue for us here, or a possible issue with between CISP and Netstream?

Today's iperf test....

And you'll still get about than 5-10% of that speed up and down during normal hours to EU / US.

I've been having endless network issues the last week or so - speedtest locally checks out fine .. 200/200 for the most part.

International appears to be the challenge ...

Netflix takes a while to get to 1080p - never used to be an issue before
Downloading games from Steam I hit 25mb/sec - assuming this is a local CDN
The second I started a game patcher I was shocked to see - 250mb took me 10 minutes to update ...

Did some streaming on Friday night - constant buffering on my usual stream view.

Also been having some random network drops - very random disconnects off the EA servers when playing BFV.

Can we please have some kind of indication what is happening @PBCool and how long this is expected to last .

I realize speedtest is probably the worst indication of performance - but it's all I have

Looking at some of the comments I can also add my 2 cents to the seemingly international speed issues.

I have a 100 / 100 Mbps line on Vuma, but the last two Sundays I experienced issues uploading to YouTube. Normally the video I uploads takes about 15 mins, but yesterdays video took 2 hours to upload. A speed test also showed good download speeds but only a 20% upload capability.

Also had some buffering last night on real-debris links.

After doing test this morning it line ran 100% / 80%.

I'm starting to wonder that CISP is struggling to maintain speeds at times or if Vuma is having issues with congestion.

I've been having issues of late playing PUBG as well. Pings being ok'ish, but packet loss being high.

Well as with most of the issues congestion and packet loss on the last mile at peak times. Are you getting the same result at peak times?

Thanks for getting back. I'll have a look tonight and post the results

Lol, paying for a 200/200 CISP on Vumatel (Randburg).

Urgh, I just wish we could get to the bottom of this. I want the old CISP back

Trying to update my Everquest II client - getting a whopping 270 - 350kb/sec. Seems to be sitting in Arizona. Same update I struggled with on the weekend. Any way of checking if it's my side or their side?
