Have you taken this issue up with Seacom?Business line won't help, this is our 200Mb Business fibre line, different provider.

I think people have unrealistic expectations of fibre speeds from SA to international. We have a 1Gbps business line direct with Seacom and that also only get's about half speed to Europe.

I've been following this thread for a while and I fully understand people's frustration; but as has been mentioned multiple times, the fault could be because of a thousand and one reasons. I constantly get the above speeds, regardless of the time of day.
Personally, I am very happy with the service I receive from CISP and I congratulate @TheRoDent and @PBCool for putting up with the constant barrage of accusations and rants that happen here.
TL;DR CISP are still the best for me, YMMV
don't understand your point. if you got those speeds on your 200/200 line and you somehow happy then ... ok maybe there is something we missing
but you getting your 20/10 speed you paying for ... I'm getting 10/70 on my 100/100 line (on a good day) ... so what is your point ? and I'm a new customer and the irony of it is it's allot less than your speed

My point is that if it was the ISP, I would be affected. There are multiple users on here who have posted showing that they also receive almost (if not full) line speed. I am not making an issue post, I'm showing that CISP is not the issue for a lot of the cases.
That said, I cannot say anything regarding their support desk because I've only contacted them once, and that was to get the line activated. Other than that, everything has been smooth sailing.

Definitely not but what would be acceptable? On a Gigabit line? With TCP overheads, latency and packet loss you will never get near 100% throughout to Europe on a 1Gbps connection.
