Had connection throughout and now after load shedding still fine.

Uhm, who are you, what is your object number etc etc ? Please PM personal details.

Actually, no. Telkom engineers are still "preparing" configurations etc for Joburg. They haven't even started CT yet.

But, we have "blinkenlights" on all our new 10G interfaces which also took a while.

That, is very weird. Every issue I have had which has been linked to the OS issue - high local ping and twitch unwatchable in the evening - is all gone tonight.

It does seem to be running a bit quieter tonight. Loadshedding helping perhaps.
