@PBCool no internet here at the William. Tried tech support, no answer as it is after hours. Can anyone help?
If it's not on our announcement page then it's an unexpected outage from the line provider more than likely.

@PBCool

Sitting with a problem on my MFN line certain things are working correctly but others are not.

I have logged a ticket with yoursupport but the response I got has not resolved the issue at all.

Ticket number : #COOL-201902161-220075
Which router are you using sounds like an MTU issue?

Still not reactivated 2 days later.

And I'm leaving tomorrow so it's now useless to do so. :mad:
PM me your account details to check, it may have been reactivated on our side and you have a line fault at the same time.

Yeah, seeing that tonight too.

Yeah, on openserve too. Local seems okay but with a higher ping and international not looking great. Can't watch Twitch.

Openserve upgrades are continuing this week, will update as we go.

@S.Claus You paying R2409 for a 200Mbps line Openserve?

@PBCool Everyone talking about expensive IPC and from what I have seen a lot of networks suffering with IPC congestion CISP, Supersonic, Vox are the ones I saw. How expensive is IPC really and have the decreases in price over the years not made that much of a difference because a 200Mbps uncapped Openserve fibre line is still damn expensive.

@cavedog Yes

Point being I pay premium prices so I expect premium service .

Openserve screwed us all. Once Openserve fibre is in town all other providers run away so we end up with expensive fibre. I would say only 100Mbps on Openserve is actually well priced. 200Mbps then the prices start shooting through the roof which sucks.

Well good luck I'm on Supersonic 200Mbps on Openserve and they are also suffering from IPC congestion. At least pbcool is fixing it Supersonic is still "investigating"

Not sure if people are looking to stream IEM CS or R6 invitational. I did some digging and there's a youtube relay.

IEM Katowice 2019 Challengers Stage

Rainbow Six | Six Invitational 2019 – Playoffs – Grand Finals

Being local they work 100% for me.

I've given up trying to stream twitch. Octotel is just not playing ball.

100/25 Octotel. Cape Town Southern Suburbs.

Unfortunately we can't actually disclose the rate based on NDA but it's more expensive than transport to London per Mbps for instance. Also the history of the network topology used to make it challenging from in upgrade perspective. They would only offer access in 1Gbps interface increments. Whereas now they can offer 1/10/100Gbps ports with their "new" network.

Is everything ok.

Getting very low download speeds.

Jhb west rand.
It seems most Vumatel in that direction are suffering, all indicators are normal from our side. Please monitor and let me know.
