Hey guys, I want to order my fibre line. I have the actual fibre, just need the the ONT and setup the account.

I still have adsl until end of March, how hard would it be to sync the finishing up of my fibre setup with the end of March? Can I install the ONT now and activate the account for April?

Any help would be smashing!

Our connection is dead in North Riding, Evotel completely. Green light on the router but no throughput. Is there an issue? Trying to get through to the call center but caller number 6 with estimated wait time of 20 minutes....

PBCool please help. Internet dead here since 3 pm, all lights green, I've done a hard reaet on router but getting 0.04 on speed test and can't even load websites. Called your Call Center who said all is fine on your side and they're not aware of any outages and will log a ticket to Evotel which might take up to 3 working days for a response.... I cannot be without a connection for 3 days. My ticket reference is cool-20190226-225441 and the agent was Lindiwe. My connection is fully wired and North Riding Evotel

Going off past instances this behaviour will get worse and worse until it clears between 11pm and midnight.

Was Dansgaming but he is offline at the moment. But basically any US based streamer. My issue doesn't seem to be channel specific.
