So, I phoned Cool Ideas Accounts earlier this morning and spoke to a lady who said that she can't help me with my cancellation request and that I need to e-mail it through to accounts@cisp.co.za. So I did, to give my calendar month notice immediately and asked for a reference number which my fiber provider will use to migrate me to my new ISP from 1 May. Do you think I received any response all day? Why do I even bother and why am I even surprised lol. Now I try to phone them to follow up and get my cancellation reference, guess what they close at 16:00....
