Fully agree with you, but some things seem out of proportion

You're entitled to your opinion on the matter, but its purely that an opinion and we don't need to adhere to what you think is right and wrong.

CI dropped the ball on customer service this past weekend, lets only hope it can get better.

This thread was already moderated, I don't feel like getting into the argument again with people regarding the issues from the weekend past. The fact remains, there was packet loss, frequent disconnects, high latency.

Lets just hope its resolved once and for all. Now, just to get on the direct route instead of this IS crap.

I never said people did not have issues or did not have loss, but maybe if people (you) understood the net better or how to read a MTR, which we have just establsihed which you neglected to address in your reply.

Sorry for genuinely trying to help.

That I agree with he just tried to explain even my router has packetloss when running it, but the there is zero packetloss to the end of the hop

If i can be utterly blunt? Nobody asked for your help, you do not work for CI. They are the only ones that can help. It's all fine and dandy doing MTR's from your location wherever that may be,but just because your results show no issues it does not invalidate the rest of ours (I never said you said that, before you jump on that as well, but you're implying it).

We have finally been given the vlans for the 1Gbps service on Vumatel Aerial.

that is why he tried to help by saying he does not have any packetloss in that MRT

Prime Video streaming pretty bad at the moment. Can hardly get decent HD stream, nevermind 4K. Anyone else?
