This thread was already moderated, I don't feel like getting into the argument again with people regarding the issues from the weekend past. The fact remains, there was packet loss, frequent disconnects, high latency.
Lets just hope its resolved once and for all. Now, just to get on the direct route instead of this IS crap.

You're entitled to your opinion on the matter, but its purely that an opinion and we don't need to adhere to what you think is right and wrong.
CI dropped the ball on customer service this past weekend, lets only hope it can get better.

I never said people did not have issues or did not have loss, but maybe if people (you) understood the net better or how to read a MTR, which we have just establsihed which you neglected to address in your reply.
