I see 4 iperf results in my post, lnms refused connection, but trcvmh01, cptspeedtest and queen are there. I only include the overall result, not all 10 secondsiperf or nothing

Still waiting for a fibre install. We paid installation fee on the 4 March. Called to check on Monday as was promised feedback.... no feedback yet.
Now I am on hold for 12 minutes to once again follow up. Now I have been told that the ticket was closed????

Thanks Zolly. I am hopefully getting somewhere now as they called me. After being told that order being rejected due to a duplicate and then the cisp call being closed after complaining on Monday and then saying that Vumatel tried to contact us 5 times but they captured the number from the application incorrectly my patience has now dropped to 0 . Tired of being told sorry... just fix itProbably a good idea to tag @TheRoDent and @CoolChick as well.

Connection was intermittent and now it's dead.

Still happening, 1.1.1.1 is also going to JHB. So is AWS London (dynamodb.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com).

Half an hour later, no call back. Guess my hopes were dashed. Queue as well now.I just generally seem to have an intermittent connection/drops every couple of hours.
Just called in, was actually surprised on near instant pick-up, he said he'd get the person managing my ticket to call me back.
I have asked for iperf tests to be done, and a ticket to be logged to isolate whether it's a line issue.
