@CoolChick @TheRoDent @PBCool : Still waiting for a proper reply regarding COOL-20180711-122832 . Not one where I get told the highest speed I can get internationally is 10mbps on a 100mbps line. As we can seen in this thread plenty are getting more then that...
 
Still waiting for a fibre install. We paid installation fee on the 4 March. Called to check on Monday as was promised feedback.... no feedback yet.

Now I am on hold for 12 minutes to once again follow up. Now I have been told that the ticket was closed????

@PBCool this is really not acceptable?

Thanks Zolly. I am hopefully getting somewhere now as they called me. After being told that order being rejected due to a duplicate and then the cisp call being closed after complaining on Monday and then saying that Vumatel tried to contact us 5 times but they captured the number from the application incorrectly my patience has now dropped to 0 . Tired of being told sorry... just fix it :)

Ya, I agree. Undoubtedly there's some basic service level issues that CI needs to deal with. We didn't have a problem when we signed up but clearly their team needs to sort out how they track and manage these things as they scale up.

Funny as I am trying to sign up to Cool Ideas I already have an existing line and been battling for 4 days. Now they gave me the exact same excuse. Vumatel canceled the order because it was a duplicate. Something is very fishy I think.

I just generally seem to have an intermittent connection/drops every couple of hours.

Just called in, was actually surprised on near instant pick-up, he said he'd get the person managing my ticket to call me back.
 
Insanely impressed with the company.
The wait times on phone calls are sometimes a tad long, but the service that follows is best I've experienced to date.

Axxess screwed up and cancelled my line, instead of releasing it.
And Linay @PBCool managed to encourage openserve enough to get the reinstall done in 2 days.

On top of this, she actually sounded sad when she saw how axxess screwed up.

Half an hour later, no call back. Guess my hopes were dashed. Queue as well now.

EDIT: On the phone now, dude is quite polite and checking my issue. Will ask his name after, he's quite nice and seems clued up/willing to go and get more information.
He's a Mr Buhle.
