Slow AGAIN HERE ALSO, Wilgehuewel, so much for Cool Ideas, seriously

You don't say which server you play on. For interest sake, could you run the tests on http://eu-looking-glass.battle.net - make sure to select WoW and then also the realm you play on. It will give very interest results back, especially the return path.

Keep in mind, even if CISP didnt make changes on their network, something on their upstream provider's network could have changed.
 
In Capetown, not the best london speed results today I guess but bearable.

On dslreports speedtest I am getting closer to 100/100 results but dslreports do multithreaded test so perhaps there is something different with singlethreaded results like speedtest.net today.

Ye there seems something seriously wrong there with your results. Starting to look to me like vumatel local distribution issues in your area else I would expect I would be getting the same sad connectivity over coolideas.

Yeap remember we have no control on the layer2 side of things. Please just log with us and we can bring it to Vumatels attention and get it resolved for you. With the aerial and PON side of things the tech is a bit more complicated with OLTs and splitters etc.
 
I play on Sylvanas-EU. I posted the test results below (had to cut one result out since the post was too long). None of my friends have any latency issues.

The latency is 100% fine during the early mornings or after 11pm at night. Seems like congestion to me, somewhere along the way.

I skipped an evening or two, but I noticed that it started on Thursday evening, and it's been the same every evening. If I remember correctly, Wednesday was fine. Right now my latency is sitting at 282ms. It usually sits on 176ms solid. Last week was definitely fine.

Will PM you my IP.

Cool will tweak the routing from Blizzard and see if it improves for you. Have pm'ed you back.
 
@PBCool, do you know if there is anything wrong with the lines. My download speed (local) is very poor. The upload is okay. I'm in Roodekrans on a 50/50 line getting downloads of just above 10 and uploads of around 45.

Hmm interesting, those traces reveal the packets on the way back to you, go via IS instead of HE.net before reaching the CISP network. I believe that those traceroutes from the Blizzard Looking glass gave PBCool enough information on what the problem is to resolve it :)
