Thanks for the help.

As per PM, I am still getting 10Mb.

Thinking its possibly ONT fault or there network is not updating my line status correctly?

I can echo this, my vodacom 3g is running flawlessly, never thought I would say that in my life :D

See below in game, this was to Faceit which I believe is in Teraco and not Nap like the Valve servers.
[MENTION=394133]PBCool[/MENTION], I setup an Iperf server to test with in CT on a liquid link, if I test with CI I get loss 20 -40% loss, using 3G I get 0%

is there anything I can do further to try and help find the issue ?

Just for reference, the destination I am monitoring here is a IP in CT 15km from me, it looses the plot during evening

I just experienced the most amazing service from Cool Ideas and Vumatel!! :)

At 18H15 my fibre line just dies, I do some fault finding but it remains dead, blue Light flashing and FX off.
I phone CISP support desk at 18H30 and was speaking to a support person (sorry I did not catch his name) in less than a minute.
Quick troubleshooting and he confirms I am dead in the water, creates a ticket with Vumatel at 18H45 and I receive a ticket number via sms.

So I get out a DVD, kick back and wait for tomorrow to come when I expect Vumatel to respond and send a technician.

19H30 my door bell ring and 2 friendly Vuma technicians standing in front of me responding to the ticket.

Less then an hour later and I am back online, some small plastic "thingy" snapped inside the ONT box and broke the fibre.

Well done CISP and Vumatel for more than amazing service!!! :):whistle:

Vuma trenched - 100/100 CISP

Pings in fortnite exceeding 200 and packet loss hitting 40%

Any known issues?

Aware of the loss showing up in game, looks to be UDP loss. I will update as we narrow down the cause and resolve.

Glad yours is so great, recently had it where Vuma installed fibre at another location never got it up then log a ticket with them and on saturday they do the trick like telkom and say its been resolved when the FX is still down, like this since last week wednesday

Hi there. Well the internet seems to working, true test will be this evening. However www.fast.com is not working, and Netflix as well. Error message indicates not connected to internet.
