@PBCool I phoned in now on 0105932665 as a possible new subscriber and I pressed option 1..but it says your offices are closed?
 
Whats up with CISP? Phones not answered. No email replies!!!

Trying to get connected for 2 days. Disappointing!

That said, while fiber is correct according the the American standard, South Africa generally follows the British standard, at the very least it does for the English language.

But who cares, in this thread its about fast internet!
 
Ok so official..im.a cool ideas client..got an.email saying router is on its way..but still waiting for someone to call me to get my ONT no(as per your call centre)do I need to be ricad as I dont want to delay anything and will send it through immediately if required..#here's hoping to a hassle free internet experience:)

CISP connected me before worrying about RICA BS. I was already connected for some days when I happened to look at the portal and it said "we need your RICA docs"

I hear you but it is one of the compliance act and all ISP's etc are obliged to collect docs whether we like it or not. Perhaps there is some leeway in terms of time for collection of documents.

Most of us think RICA is a joke. Most ISPs are taking this stance of connecting now, worrying about stupid govt BS red tape later
