As previously mentioned we've setup a free VPN servers for Cool Ideas customers to connect directly to the UK or Madrid, should there be a need to avoid local peering arrangements and avoid increased LAG/Ping, such as can happen with gameservers hosted on AWS, or Google cloud.

The servers have our best path to the UK and Madrid, with the lowest latency. From there, it's up to your gaming provider....

Username test/test, PPTP or L2TP.
London = ukvpn.cisp.co.za, best path to London from JHB or CPT.
Madrid/JHB = madvpn.cisp.co.za, Johannesburg-Lisbon (via Paratus)

Fixed 5G internet is locked to a physical location and internet access is disabled if moved without updating the service's location.

Regarding the above line from your site, would it be possible for me to order this (using my current account since i've got fibre with you guys), then only activate/plug in the sim card at my parent's house (different address that also has coverage) since it would be for them?

2. I know i have vodacom fixed 5g/lte coverage but this page just comes up blank after clicking the check coverage button, whereas literally every other provider shows the correct vodacom options, is it because i already have fibre with you guys?

Yeah you can, Vodacom isnt supper sticky (yet). But we can obviously only base the service on the maps we have.

Pop me the address where you get a blank page and ill check it out.
