Hi CW. Heard there were issues earlier today with accessing UnoDNS services, just wanted to check if all is sorted. I'm still experiencing issues so currently working on a backup account which seems to be working all fine with Unotelly DNS servers. Thanks
There were international issues across numerous ISPs but they should all be sorted. Tested Unotelly now and it's all 100%...

International sites not quite loading, using Google DNS.

Edit: Momentary glitch in the matrix, stuff seems to be coming back slowly but surely.

What's the issue? Can you send me a PM so I can investigate? Your connection is running unshaped since the last time you had an issue so we could isolate the Telkom side. If it's line related and Steph hasn't been able to get it fixed it's likely to be out of our hands...

May we perhaps get a little teaser as to what new features are going to be added on the usage portal in the coming weeks?
 
On the business capped account, I see it allows 4 concurrent connections.

Is there any speed throttling that occurs when there are 2 connections? I am assuming not since there isn't any speed limit attached to the account in the first place.
 
Wonder if this was a quick response due to VoX offering uncapped on their capped accounts between 00:00 and 06:00, or if this was the plan all along.

We're pleased to announce massive price-cuts on many of our DSL data services, as well as increased caps, and free Midnight Express data on all accounts.

Standard Business uncapped has been reduced by up to 40%. Standard Business Capped has been reduced by up to 50% with increased caps and unlimited midnight data. Home Capped has been reduced by up to 30% with increased caps and unlimited midnight data. Uncapped customers have been running nearly entirely unshaped and we're going to see how long we can continue this reasonably. We're also going to be adding some freebies to the premium home uncapped customers in the coming weeks as well. More to follow.

Prices were officially updated last night, and all existing customers will automatically receive the new pricing on next invoice. An official press release in this respect is awaiting final publication by our press partners...
 
Great news. What happens when you're on the 120GB capped account though? This does not exist anymore. Will we be moved to the 150GB account?

Yes, you now get extra peak gigs, pay less money, and have unlimited midnight data. :)
 
Just a small note on your website

Under the home capped accounts you have
225GB anytime + unlimited from midnight – 6am

Under the business capped you have
225GB anytime + unlimited data from midnight – 6am

The word "data" is extra, maybe just add it to the options too for consistency.
