Portal working fine for me. Indigo Storage?

Seems my fears of 425GB possibly not being sufficient were very unfounded. The uncapped midnight data takes a huge load off. Only 194GB peak data used so far this month. I wonder if I shouldn't downgrade to the 325+GB option.

I think that's their developers backend.
 
I see an amount of R1198 invoiced to me in the CW portal for this month, but the 425+GB capped account costs R949. I'll have to chat with billing when they're online again.

Stuff like that should be invisible to users though. Seems odd.
 
The portal is good for basic information.
However comparing what the portal says my usage is to the daily e-mails, the portal is about 300GB out and some days show as zero usage.
I assume it is just the data still syncing?

Correct, and won't happen in future...

You can click the invoice to view the details. And drop billing an email as well?

Stuff like that should be invisible to users though.

Just noticed it's a 2014 amount. Also for November. Lol my bad. Just as well I'm seeing an optometrist this week. I guess current billing info is still being integrated.

No worries. Doesn't bother me. I assume the portal will end up on the CW domain eventually.

If I may suggest the addition of one thing to make the usage total slightly easier to read for now; just add a comma or semicolon after the total usage stat. Like so.

Current version:
SESSION USAGE GRAPH ( TOTAL USAGE - ON DATE 2015/11/24: 7.00 GB PEAK: 1.43 GB , OFF-PEAK: 5.57 GB)

Proposed change:
SESSION USAGE GRAPH ( TOTAL USAGE - ON DATE 2015/11/24: 7.00 GB; PEAK: 1.43 GB , OFF-PEAK: 5.57 GB)

That semicolon after the 7GB total amount just makes it easier to read. Also there is an extra unneeded space between the PEAK total amount and the comma that could be removed as well. Don't know if that was intentional or not.

Just some small things. Nothing major.

What details do you use to log in? Tried both my invoice email and ADSL email address with ADSL password.
 
when i try log in, they page just refreshes, doesnt give any error or anything which makes me think its still being rolled out
 
Can't seem to login to the portal with my email address and ADSL password...
 
We are pushing the new logins today for those who can't login. Sitting with the guys this afternoon to do this...

This design is temporary - it's getting a complete revamp as well. It is a material design theme that we're pushing for on our side...
 
Portal is saying my invoice from 01 November is Overdue... which isn't the case.

I assume it's wrong as my name is now "Louwrens Erasmus" suddenly. Better tell my wife I've been living a double life :whistle:

This is a bit ambiguous. Can you please PM me the details so I can look into it for you?
 
Still can't login to the portal.

What details should I be using? - My ADSL username and password?
