Thanks DJ, ok so my daily usage email and what the portal show does not match for some reason

email:
Peak: 83587/102400MB Late: 232929/20971520MB

portal:
Peak: 71.29GB Late: 168GB

Stick with the usage mail for now that is calculated directly - there were some missing entries which we're busy importing into the DB at the moment...

You can subscribe to network notices and be informed by SMS or email immediately for any network notices that impact your region's connections.
You can see live updates or all important servers and associated uptime (DNS, SMTP etc) and check historical data up to one month back
We have included a complete FAQ on the site
You can log a ticket directly on the site now or talk to live chat (the latter you could always do)

Let me know if you identify any issues there and I'll have them fixed...

for some reason i cannot log into the panel? ive tried my adsl details, ive tried using the details that used to be used but nothing works. it doesnt even say password incorrect or anything
 
If you guys have any suggestions for the FAQ let me know and we'll see if we can include them easily...

DJ, I subscribed to the network notice for the email and sms service. I immediately received an email confirmation, but nothing via sms. I quickly moved through the options, but think I saw a message that said I would receive an sms confirmation. I could be mistaken.

It immediately sends a confirmation. If you PM me your cell number I can check this for you?
