Hate to say this, but sat on live chat waiting for someone for between 20 and 30 minutes and no one showed up. Lucky the problem came right so I guess everyone was busy with a crisis
Odd, you refresh at all? Longest I have ever waited was maybe 30 seconds. I talked to them around 1pm today and got instant reply.

Agree, never had to wait before, and they upgraded my account at 11am this morning.
Didn't try a refresh though as I didn't want to lose my place in the queue. Will try that next time

Honestly in all my time with CW, I have never encountered a "queue" when going to live chat.
Maybe you just got that 0.1% queue bug, who knows.

No it is simpler than that. He forgot to check the queue to see if I was in it. Everybody knows to avoid any queue that I am in, it never goes anywhere.
Sounds like you hit a technical snag in your browser or a plugin, perhaps. Chat system isn't showing any dropped connections or missed comms for the day, so I suspect something went a little awry in the browser. Oh, and what queues are you talking about?

Well, just checked the list now. Why is no one posting it here? My details are on there so why the F*** have I not been informed of this per e-mail, and why have my password not changed yet? Can't even change it via the damn portal which seems to never work.

Not sure about you, but I wasn't emailed either. My account was listed in the leak, but my password was changed. Had to contact live support to find out why my connection died.
Somewhat annoying, but DJ has CW developing more sophisticated systems. The important thing is that the network performance is rock solid as is, and that's what I'm paying for.
