Agree. I have him on my called logged (Telkom issue) and he follows up every couple of days.
Telkom has been giving me a hard time with this one. I have no idea how something so simple could take anyone this long to resolve, but then again we're dealing with Telkom... Latest update confirms that the fault has been assigned to a technician, however from experience this does not ensure victory. I do however believe that endurance is key over here so giving up is not an option
