Agree. I have him on my called logged (Telkom issue) and he follows up every couple of days.

Telkom has been giving me a hard time with this one. I have no idea how something so simple could take anyone this long to resolve, but then again we're dealing with Telkom... Latest update confirms that the fault has been assigned to a technician, however from experience this does not ensure victory. I do however believe that endurance is key over here so giving up is not an option :P
 
I assumed Support Samurai was a genetic mailbox used by all CW support staff.

Nope. I asked DJ... it's 1 guy.

And apparently calls get routed smartly so the right guy gets the right chat. No idea what that means :)

I am indeed 1 person and organic of nature. I'm mostly in charge of line management so if your problem is line-related chances are you will be dealing with me :)

The support entity linked to CW related issues must have an awfully boring job. :)

I've been trying the whole day (and failing) to get a hold of anyone at CrystalWeb for support. I see the support portal is down for maintenance, but surely they can still reply on emails?

Live chat is online. That is my go to for support. Have you tried that?
