I'm quite disappointed :( facebook videos, etc are loading slow. Browsing is slow. Exchange and line is fine. Switch to another ISP and things are fine. Anyone else experiencing any issues? First night with crystalweb

No issues my side. What account do you have? What do the line stats look like on CW and another ISP?

SNR (down/up): 24.7/27.7
Attenuation (down/up): 24.2/11.5

What linespeed do you have? What does fast.com say?
 
Is anyone aware of a XTTH area that has gone live yet, or even got the required sign ups? Might be moving to a new place where 4mb is the max, and looking at the distance to the exchange I wouldn't be surprised if it only got 2mb.

They are talking *** about 4MB being the max.

You can get 20 - 40MB there (assuming it's in the zone we discussed) and the box is closer to that side so should be 40MB easily.

It's not in that area ;) The zone we discussed ended up being poop (or rather the specific house)
 
I have a 4Mbps line but fast.com says 3.4. Other ISPs says 3.6/3.7.

Facebook videos are slow :( gonna run a test in the evening for support.

Still getting "481 No Configuation-Token recieved" when connecting to the news server

I get all the emails as far as I'm aware, and I haven't got an email relating to news servers. Either they haven't sent them or they're going out slowly in batches.
 
No email my side re: new NNTP settings.
Still getting 481 No Configuation-Token received
