This stream is Working fine here on CW Network via Test Line on Source Quality, Playback Rate: 3729Kbps

EDIT: HTTP Downloads running full speed and youtube maxing line out on 1080p.

Aye, going full line speed on anything I try download and YT is just streaming flawlessly tonight. Was just that link I posted and some other random Twitch stream that were stuttering my end earlier on.

Not seeing any issues with International this evening, Support is rather quiet tonight as the network is running extremely well.

No issues in any of our regions or internationally, So there is something else at play here on your side.

This happended twice yesterday, only with my cw connection. Did restore itself within a min but not acceptable when I am in the middle of a raid... Other devices connected with my backup account never stopped working. So sry issue isn't my side, its on your end.

double post.

CW home capped broken in PE this morning, on everything, dial-up speeds on 20mbps VDSL.

Seems to be a local problem, >100ms ping and crawling speedtest to SAIX CT.

Afrihost backup account running 100%.

What's up guys ?

Accounts are stressing to do much in teh day but after hours it's absolutely perfect. Problem is, gaming is being the worst affected in the day atm and I have to keep switching accounts to be able to play at all. I've done a whole bunch of tests which will hopefully help the team pinpoint the issues :)

What is happening ?

I really wanted to like CrystalWeb but I am seriously considering to go somewhere else. The traffic on my home capped account (in Cape Town) has been slow most of the time (e.g. buffering YouTube, not loading images on Facebook, Facebook videos don't load at all) and heavily shaped (using a VPN, the download jumps from less than 100 kB/s to around 400...
Thinking that this is my line (4Mb/s ... this according to CrystalWeb's own "more in depth" research, Telkom says I can run 10Mb/s), I requested a migration 3 weeks ago. "Sure, no problem. This will take about 2 weeks and there should not be any interruption of service" .. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so asked again, "Yes, the line is in the process of being migrated". Today (+1 week):

"Not Feasible. Other ADSL operator active."
"There is a new process by telkom which has recently been introduced."
"Unfortunately you will need to call telkom yourself."

So, now how do I get out of my CrystalWeb account that I just ugraded to Home Premium ....

Not professional at all!

After outlining my issues with CrystalWeb, they have suggested steps to improve my service.

Anybody else getting this on Twitch, buffering every few seconds, not saturating 4meg line. Home Premium Uncapped

Nevermind, seems better now, can stream at source now, with a bit of buffering.

My YouTube experience has been erratic today. Maybe that was a sign that I should be studying. Couldn't handle 480p without buffering at times. Throughput on YT is normally stable but was all over the place. I use YT a lot and usually don't have issues with it.

Not sure if it's a general problem or specific to me.

Home Capped in Durban.

How do I explain to telkoms calls center that I am having latency spikes? doing a tracert to anywhere shows it spiking every couple of seconds from anywhere between 100ms and 400ms, this is from the second hop all the way down to the destination.

YouTube streaming is horrendous:

Slow YouTube CW.jpg

It better improve before the Utd/Barca game in about an hour
