Cant wait to hear about the changes, your support agents are tight lipped it seems :)

and keen to know if the usage portal will be in place next month.

Absolutely loving the new CW home capped profiles, been using it now for about 5 days or so, and its such an improvement over the previous one! Keep up the awesome work CW!

So basically if you don't complain in thread that your paid for capped account is dog slow, you won't get access to a working "new profiled" account.. Interesting.

Just a bit of feedback.

I'm still on the OLD Home Capped profile (waiting to transferred to the new profile) and this is a bit ridiculous now.

My downloads (via a torrent to http service) is rate limited to 100KB/s DURING THE F%%KING DOWNLOAD period (00:00-06:00).

I have no problem being limited during peak hours BTW.

I'm trying to download a file now and it would be faster to walk to university and download it there and then walk back.

The thing that gets me is that I've reported it TIME AFTER TIME and was told it would be fixed. I've done this via official and "unofficial" (this thread) means. It's freaking ridiculous. It can't be that hard, it just can't.

If this new profile doesn't fix this then I'm out. For good.

New profiles are great. I imagine they are rolling out now for testing sake, tress testing and will probably move everyone come beginning of the new month? I cant imagine why they would start moving people now unless that was the intention. So hold in there.

I got full line speed even before 5pm yesterday, and this persisted right through the night. My big star citizen update is complete, yay.

Im going to be moving my dsl speed to 10mb as soon as possible.

Trust me. Hang in there. I was in the same boat. The reason why they cannot do anything for the older accounts is because they can't manage them directly. So it's all gathering info and passing it to the upstream provider and relying on their good graces. Which is also BS in my humble opinion.

These new profiles are managed directly by CW. As it should be :)

I cannot be happier. Every issue I had...gone. In fact this is what has made me stick around another month instead of jumping ship to VoX.

Sigh.

If invoices are coming out on the 1st, when do we have to pay by?

You have a PM :)

I haven't been following the thread for a while, but are the capped packages everyone is raving about the Home Capped?

I'm on a 4mb/s line doing about 150gb a month on Home Premium Uncapped but I want in on some of this satisfaction action. Is my also receiving some loving or should I change to capped?

Mainly streaming Netflix. BBC etc

So had a chat with support yesterday and they told me about the new cap profiles and switched me over...where do I now check my usage as the new username and password does not work on the portal on your website?

So far not having any problems on the new profile.

This is every day, after 8am and I'm just over it now to be honest. To have an account where I can't game is what breaks deals :erm:

It looks as if something odd is happening there at your exchange with IS accounts, as there are definitely 100% no issues with our new capped profiles.

... was actually going to edit to add that this happens with my WA too, so deffo an IS issue somewhere.

traceroutes?
.... given plenty to support but will post a couple again in here when I'm back on the CW account after gaming :)
