is crystal web going to be offering a 8mb uncapped was using the trial and i could not past 8.5mb download speed 4617697661.png

Now that the home capped profiles are managed by CW - it's changed the way I use the internet. Everything is on tap.

Really, it's the best I've ever experienced guys. F******* great job.

20mbps VDSL + CW home capped FTW.
 
@Crystal Web Support, do you know if Steph received or has had a chance to look at the e-mail I sent?
 
(touch wood) I've been having an awesome internet experience on CW lately ...... gaming is funky, streaming is funky, downloads just do their scheduled thing. Loving how any time you need to do something or grab something, it just works :)
 
Quick question guys: Anyone using the CW news server as their primary server? Is the retention really 2000 days?

We'd really prefer it if you used the recommended primary server as the primary and the recommended secondary/backup as backup. And while retention is in fact higher than 2000 days for some files, all of these services are subject to DMCA takedowns from time to time...

On that note, I see the secondary news server requires authentication. I only have the welcome email for my capped account from you guys. However, I have upgraded to premium uncapped. I do not have a welcome email for this as this was done over live chat. Hence I need the new username and password for the news server for the home premium account. Or should I use the old capped details for the news sever?

We won't amend the details for the new account, so the old details will work for you then...:)

Just finishing up some testing. I have confirmation that we'll start releasing the portals tomorrow to non-beta customers as well. This will be a basic portal with not all functionality deployed, and we'll release in phases from around mid-day tomorrow. We'll then slowly begin to introduce all new functionality and features over the course of around 2 weeks...
