Account working properly down south on everything - except windows updates which is P2P I imagine. Not that it is an issue for me. Just noting it.

Same , but apple updates and OS X apps crawling through the apple store.

debit orders are currently being put in place - hence the change on the billing cycle setup - implemented as of this month so for signups for next month definitely an option
 
you can sign up on the current form and please send billing[at]crystalweb.co.za an email indicating that you wish to institute a debit order immediately.
 
Getting maximum 50KB/s on torrents for the past few hours.
Youtube still buffers @ 480p.
HTTP downloads maxed at 150KB/s.

Weren't things supposed to be fixed? It's been like this for about 4 or 5 weeks for me now.

also have you done a power cycle lately?
(pretty generic but you'll be amazed at how often it works)
 
Business 300GB Capped

a quick question

a friend needs to change isp (business)
i recommended he try a cw trial account at home.

account has performed flawlessly in terms of his usual business requirements.

question is this - 300GB or 400GB capped account offered by cw, will it typically perform to the same standard as the trial account ?
 
if i want to apply for a trial account? should i just message support,and what trail account is it?
cap/uncap, home/business?

as they accept debit orders from next month they are a option for me now

need a isp that streams well from alot of sites and a torrent now and then

The Business Capped accounts will, The Home Capped accounts perform a little differently, Business Capped Accounts get first priority access to the network bandwidth.
