So running only the CW news server, I got around 80% line speed, which is what I consider normal. I recall there was a 100GB limit on this one though, is that still the case?

Great to hear, At the moment there is no limit.

Doesn't SnapScan allow you to generate a QR code unique per invoice? If they can imbed the invoice number that would be even sweeter.
 
New payment system aside, are all the network issues supposedly resolved?

I'm still experiencing erratic Netflix and NNTP speeds before 11pm.

I haven't received my bill for payment, have they been sent out yet? Don't want to be cut off tomorrow.
 
CW: Please acknowledge the receipt of payment details submitted via the new web-form. I get nervous when I don't get a confirming email.

You won't be. Since the new payment systems have launched the invoice for July will only be sent out tomorrow. From next month they will be sent out from the 23rd.

I just setup my Direct Debit for the 1st of August as I have already EFT'd them the money for July.

So much simpler with Direct Debit - set and forget... :D
 
@CW I would love to complete the survey but since there is question about paying and if I have not paid it is a criminal offence to say I have, I can't complete the survey. I am still waiting for my invoice before I pay so should you not have sent the invoice and the survey email at the same time and not one before the other? Also, I accidentally clicked the next button so now I have committed a criminal offence without having a invoice to pay you with... :confused:

you'll notice that the "I am going to go and pay" selection is made before this one - it provides full info as appears on an invoice ;)

Also set up DO for now. August 1st. Just need to make sure the amount for July is going to be the correct one after I cancelled the ADSL line portion of the account...

pretty much

part of getting the payment processes more streamlined and diverse (debit orders ...)
sadly payment in beer still not on the cards

If it went blank, then yes that happens in Chrome. Just close the popup (not the window) and open it again. Or use Firefox for that chat.

Hi Jouda,

This is definitely not the type of service we pride ourselves on. We've received quite a few reports about disconnects and slow speeds this evening, A port reset seems to be working for most, if you could hop onto live chat so we can do this for you.
