Torrent to HTTP shaping not being released in the download period (00:00-06:00) on Home Capped.

I've reported this issue MULTIPLE times and was told it would be fixed. It has NOT been fixed.

CW, sort you #### out.

Anyone using nntp is it better to use the IS news server as primary and Crystalweb's as secondary or use Crystalweb's for primary and secondary?

With IS as primary I got woeful speeds, I ended up having to disable it altogether

July 1st debit order has yet to come off.

Hope this doesn't affect my line if the system fails to take money and I get suspended.

With all the complaints of Torrents on this feed, and the huge demand in good streaming ISPs in SA, it would be a good business move/model to create an ISP that is dedicated to day-to-day use, video chatting and video streaming only. Basically block all Torrent downloading completely.

Just a thought as I am sure that it would stop 80% of issues raised on this thread.... ;)

How would that solve the complaints? It will only make it worse, and lose them customers.

Wishing everyone good luck with Crystalweb. My adventure with them ended before it started. It was not a great experience and I hope I would never experience anything like this again.

What I learned was that one should never deal with a company you cannot phone and speak to a human. A new criteria for me when looking for a ISP.

Good luck with the other ISPs ;)

Ironically, I wanted to signup with VOX (whom don't offer online signups). I tried several times to get in touch with them via phone and it always ended in getting to the wrong person or the call not being answered.

Good luck with that ... I have tried them all and CW is by far the best I have experienced here in SA......

It's always banana time with CW !!! ;)

I prefer to deal with companies where I don't have to deal with voice calls. Each to their own...

I'm still waiting on the confirmation of my cancellation I sent through last month before the cut off date... I've opened ANOTHER ticket about it but still no word.
