Correct, This is a feedback thread and yes we do have a rather thick skin.
What will not be tolerated is Members who have no intention of ever using our Products/Services and are simply trolling our thread constantly.
All feedback is welcome from Prospective and existing clients as with any ISP feedback thread on MyBroadband.
Paul and Shaun have indicated as such and they are one of the few ISPs that welcome criticism.
However there is a line to be drawn between criticism, feedback and outright trolling.
forum vs thread![]()
I was dealing with trolling. If there is trolling it needs to be dealt with by the mods..Non customers should not be banned...
Open forums do not allow bannings from threads just cause the op doesn't like where the critique is coming from. Their mods deal with any trolls reported.![]()
I was dealing with trolling.
There were no "bannings".
It was reported.
We have been unable to process a debit order as requested, the rejection is "Acc No and Branch No combination is invalid.
Please can you make an EFT payment and update the banking details you provided us with.
Just got this email -
I can say yeah, I made a mistake somewhere but uhm, where do I now update the details?
Banned from commenting in threads thought...
Oh well this is just another black notch for me to consider when considering whether to continue to use cw or not...
I think you are missing the boat here. This is a feedback thread, certain behaviour in terms of the forum rules becomes "trolling" CW members where subjected to warnings/infractions in other threads.
Providing comment within the parameters of feedback is welcome but Bwana has already set forum rules on Feedback Threads.
I see it as a question of not wanting feedback from certain members just because you don't like the way they discuss things. For me all communication should be accepted.
So we won't agree on this though. So its just another black mark as far as I see it.
That type of throughput on youtube is definitely not normal. You have a PM.
Doing a 900mb update for my S5 is going to take more than 6 hours. Why are these updates so severely shaped? Windows updates are also extremely slow But only on CW it seems. If I use backup account it updates at nearly full speed (10m).
