How pathetic is this?



Really CW?

600kb on a 40mb line?

And when using a download manager I can only get about 700kB/s. And that is from a dedicated server with 100MB/s upload.

Just what the hell is going on with your home capped accounts?

Simply cannot recommend this account type anymore if this is the level of service. :(

Would be helpful if you guys with account problems post your account type as well? I'm on business capped and haven't had an issue so far.
 
It's getting ridiculous at this point, my account is pretty much useless, cannot even stream SD Youtube content. Every time I log a fault I need to hop on live chat and even then they cannot sort it out.

Home premium uncapped. Streaming is sheet again tonight. PQ only getting up to 384 on Netflix.

Hope Premium Uncapped aswell 4meg line hitting speeds of 400kbs and less

So it looks like there is something up with the home uncapped accounts? What if you guys log into the WA portal, does that say anything about star ratings or the like being applied?
 
Home Premium Uncapped running pretty terrible for anything other than Netflix - Youtube is terrible along with every form of file download protocol. Strange that they're not replying to this thread either...

I was on there Home Capped account had problems, pay more and I got Premium Capped account. (Think that is what they call them. R3XX to R450)
Don't see these problems anymore.

Those on the premium uncapped accounts - the first 100GB on the 10Mbps account still supposedly unshaped?
 
So it looks like there is something up with the home uncapped accounts? What if you guys log into the WA portal, does that say anything about star ratings or the like being applied?

Couldn't log into the WA portal, tried IS portal says full access, only used 70GB in total for this month.

I haven't had issues for a long time (touch wood) but I like to keep tabs on the thread for info and general boredom.

I will remark that the silence from CW is deafening. I know this isn't a support channel, but it has always been treated like one in the past and it's where a presence is needed the most, in the most public profile one can imagine. Most of the other ISPs know this and have someone covering this base.

I can imagine the pain of dealing with these threads, but for the sanity of those who are experience problems daily, I think it's less frustrating when they see that someone is actively aware, even if nothing is done yet.

From my side, CW has been pretty flawless these past few weeks (back to their old standard), with some hiccups last night, but looking this morning, my midnight+ downloads ran strong so will check again later.
 
When will the clients on Home Premium Uncapped have access to the portal? It's still greyed out.

Also, I paid my account a few weeks back but got no acknowledgement of my payment being received. How can I verify this?

Hi, if you did a EFT then you have problems if it was not setup.
They mailed everyone to setup there EFT preference. Once the preference was setup you needed to make your EFT payment to reflect the preference.
Every time you make use of EFT payment it will reflect your preference.

This is how the will know who made payment.
