Shouldn't be the case at all, Should be running beautifully as above, Could you PM me your DSL Username so I can take a look

After my hissy fit yesterday I received a pm asking if I'd want to test these new accounts in the final phases of deployment. Well things could not get any worse so what the hell.

Performance difference is night and day in business hours.

Where YouTube was running at 400kbs it now runs at 35000kbs as it should on my line.

Thank. FUDGE! Now go wrap all this up and make it nice and public. Home capped finally running as it should again.

Glad to hear yours is running properly now. I've been super fed up with the performance on these accounts as well. Now how do I get CW to test the new account too...! :D

Been there done that, got the t shirt.

We are a gaming family and we have found that all the uncapped accounts just don't operate as a capped account does when it comes to online gaming. We only pull through about 50-70 gigs a month (generally speaking) so I rather keep a capped account that covers my usage. the benefit with Afrihost before they went tits up was that I could buy extra top up gigs on the account if we did exceed on certain months (like during steam summer sales :D). unfortunately crystal web does not have that option to do for their accounts.

Home Uncapped Premium would definitely be the best for Gaming on our network. What is your DSL Line speed?

where, how, when... im desperate.

If you need somebody to test from Plumstead, let me know..!!

I want to upgrade my line to 10mb but right now I cannot make it past about 380kb/s
 
Anyone having weird issues with random websites timing out halfway through loading? like loads half the page then just stops.

Can we have an update regarding the Premium Home Uncapped portal please. It's something that was promised a very long time ago and we have not seen hide nor hair of it since. If it's an opt in thing, please consider this my official request.

For now the test account of the new home capped seems to be working will only be able to confirm when new patches are released again thought. But for now its much better. So well done.

Edit: Spoke too soon, international just failed and cause me to get kicked out from skyforge....

Not seeing any issues with International this evening, Support is rather quiet tonight as the network is running extremely well.

No issues in any of our regions or internationally, So there is something else at play here on your side.
