Anyone who doesn't have a portal login, or for whom the portals are not working, just PM me your email address and ADSL username and I'll have it activated for you...
Is only the usage stats aspect of the portal working?

You do know that it was a major fault at IS that caused not only CW but also other ISPs to lose connectivity?
and how is this the clients problem? Not his problem if his isp's provider can't provide proper service.
Sigh... the frustration of not having proper portals aka usage stats *hint hint*
My usage stats seem very random - it shows multiple sessions on the 1st, multiple sessions on the 8th and nothing else. Why doesn't it just show what I used for each day, 1 entry per day, like the usage emails we get sent?
It's very confusing.
the portal with usage stats is available

I can check this out for you if need be if you PM me what you're seeing?
Remember, and I cannot stress this enough, that this is a temp portal and is far, far from the final product which is currently being deployed...
FTTH /snip
Hi DJ,
If Telkom FTTH already runs past your house, can you offer a bundled package over this instead of us having to deal with Telkom ever? Similar to what Mweb, Vox and WA do?
Fibre To The Home is about to become a reality.
It's taken some time, but all tests have proved successful, and we are now prepared to deploy our FTTH solutions across the country. In addition we have partnered with 2 other operators, and 3 backhaul providers to create the first national fibre registry for open access fibre in the country. You can view and register your interest in fibre broadband at http://fibrenetwork.co.za/
We naturally do require a critical mass to be reached before any process can begin to cost out a specific FTTH build.
In addition to our own fibre deployments, our Vumatel links are finally in place and ready to rock and roll. More connections with various other partners to be released in the coming days.
Please do share the above link high and wide and help us to get fibre deployed across the country...
