Ok, I feel like I'm going nuts. My CW account has been crazy since Sunday. My line seems stable but my router says it's connected but I constantly have to reboot it to achieve any throughout on the connection. Sometimes it works for an hour, most of the time it only works for 15 minute bursts. Last night, at about 10pm, it completely disconnected. My Cybersmart based account was working fine when I tested it though, confirming that the line was seemingly fine. This morning it was working again, though it was temperamental like it was on Sunday. This afternoon I saw DJ's advice regarding the 10 minute power cycle. That seemed to solve the problem, it was going strong for the rest of the afternoon and evening. Now at 10pm again, I lose all connection again though the line is stable and working with other accounts. Am I going crazy? Am I the only one experiencing this kind of problem? I'm on home premium capped. My friend is on home premium uncapped, and she's had no problems whatsoever.
Edit: never mind. It seems like others posted as I was typing my message. On another possibly related/unrelated note, I am unable to log onto the new beta usage site, it keeps on refreshing the sign in page once I enter my username and password.
