Just had a look at the portal and the graph data is stuffed.

The usage graph data start on 08 Sept (8 entries), then 01 Sept (23 entries), then 04 Sept (24 entries), then 09 Sept (26 entries) and stop on 04 Sept (25 entries).

It looks confusing but the usage match the email I got at 03:47 this morning
 
Anyone else with incredibly high pings lately? 150 ms to local servers.

WoW sits at 230ms to Europe and CSGO to Cape Town from Cape Town is at 150ms.

What's going on guys?

Had a query last night about this, Look back a page or so and you should see it.

I presume the CSGO servers are hosted by Mweb?

Seems it's only some. Not limited to Mweb though. 1v1 aim servers were fine though.

Nothing like some practice while the issues are being looked into.
 
Hi CW, couldn't connect to live chat for some reason. Just wanted to check do you support direct credit card payments besides going through snapscan? Or maybe debit order payments as well?

We offer credit card over SnapScan only for now. Debit orders are available, yes, and that option is available on sign up...
 
I got a R20 invoice for my upgrade to 4Mb/s yesterday - 2 days before the actual invoice for October is produced.

Surely it's OK with you guys if I pay both invoices at the same time when I get October's. ;)

Twitch streaming is god awful tonight. :mad:
EDIT: It is Twitch, not CW. Just airing a frustration.

To us as a network, streaming is streaming. It works on protocol, not specific service. So unless all streaming is having issues, it's unlikely to be some sort of wide network issue on our side. Moreover, everything on your account is unshaped, and I've confirmed as such a few minutes ago, so likelihood is that this is Twitch feedback as opposed to Crystal Web feedback. Unfortunately until Twitch sort out their CDNs, interconnects, and infrastructure as a whole, there will forever be isolated issues with their service that no ISP can fix. We've gone so far as to run Twitch testing uncontended in its own network and still experienced occasional buffering...

I know, I know. Just a moment of over-reacting. It normally only takes a few refreshes on twitch to get a good server. But tonight 25+ refreshes on any stream and still not getting a good server, so constant buffering. Just frustrating.
 
Twitch is fine this side, watching the dreamleage stream on high quality atm, home capped account.

No, managed to get a server for one stream that is working.
So tomorrow morning I’ll get hold of them.

And this is primarily the issue with the service from an ISP's perspective. Numerous streams; some work; some don't. And unfortunately it looks like the ISP is to blame. Same applies to "free" movie and TV streaming services...

Just wish there was a way to force the connection to a particular server/IP.
Other then this Twitch issue tonight, the account has been honestly perfect.
Hence why you haven't seen me on support for a few weeks.

Did it start about 15min ago? If so, I can see the issue and sort it out. If not, then I need to check a few other things...
