After 5 hours it has suddenly corrected itself. Very odd.

I'm currently having issues with Netflix and hulu. Buffering the whole time. I'm in Cape Town.

In Durbanville and watching Twitch live at source quality no issues. Home capped.

What connection do you guys have? I'm about to join CW and don't want to be reading this about capped accounts.

Just to be clear, issues are specific to this evening, though it's been a while now since the last buffer. I'm 2mb uncapped premium, only because Telkom can't give me anything better than a 2mb line...

I'm on a 4mb line. Problem seemed to have sorted it self out. Hulu running smoothly now. Wonder what the issue could have been.

Well you are on Telkom FTTH running on CW Home Capped... So if you aren't having issues then the issue isn't CW I guess

It was an anomaly by the looks of it. Could have been an Unotelly issue as well.

Yep, have rebooted multiple times. All three pc's are brand new windows installs. Just really weird. Will try with a backup account tonight if I get the chance.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Jesus, Crystal Web plays no games when it comes to the live chat service. I was connected to a person in literally one second.

Not sure if this has been asked/mentioned already somewhere. But could someone tell me which backbone CrystalWeb uses for their ADSL connectivity? It's crucial to my decision when it comes to switching ISP's.

And, AFAIK, they source their IPC directly from Telkom and not via a third party. (i.e. they are not an account reseller)
