I complain about being told that data between 00:00 and 06:00 is free, whereas data used between 00:00 and 01:00 has the potential to count towards your usage.

I was just pulling your leg.
I didn't even know that there were free data periods and I thought you meant 00:00 - 06:00. I thought the the 01:00 was a typo.

Have you made any changes to your DNS settings? I had the same issue when I moved of to the unotelly dns servers. Just change your DNS settings to google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) - worked for me

Ahh thank you, it's been happening sporadically throughout the weekend, itv buffering, psn dying, now seems OK with Google dns

I just recently joined Crystal Web, quick question.... I know the portal is undergoing a rework and not working correctly yet. I have taken a capped account, what happens if and when my data runs out?

How do I add more data?
Can't see a top up option on any of those menu's currently

From page 161...DJ told another guy a few pages back to up grade to the next package then down grade to your current package before the 19th of the month...

You can temp upgrade to the next available package. As far as topups go, it's bandwidth we have to carry in addition to the original forecast, and is therefore expensive for us to do so. It is therefore often easier and cheaper to temp upgrade than it is to topup.

But yes, various features in that respect are being developed...

PM CW support or DJ for more up to date info. Or better Live Support on the web page.

Just joined the weekend and still got lots data left.

Was just checking to see if portal is working yet.

I checked my usage for the last year and selected a package higher than my average monthly,
so might not even need top ups, was just wondering.

Thanks for clearing it up. Should I ever run out a few days before month end will look at
the upgrade option, maybe just go for bigger package that time.

Sad state of affairs when UnoDNS routes you through a slow link to PSN that Sony links to an even slower server. Frustrates the hell out of me every time.

Yeah, I'm going to be upgrading to a bigger package to eliminate the threat of running out of cap during the month, usage can be a little erratic on my side, mostly thanks to streaming. It makes sense from a business perspective, so I understand it. But I'm sure there would be many customers wanting a top-up per GB option that they could rely on as well.

Browsing is very sluggish today. Tested NNTP downloads and they are flying at full speed. Tried the google dns servers but browsing still has problems.

Browsing MyBB? Seems to be having some issues unrelated to us.

All other browsing seems fine. MyBB threw a Cloudfare error a few minutes ago, so I suspect it's related to their hosting.

Busy investigating a bit further at the moment...
