Would not touch WA's home capped or uncapped with a 20ft barge pole.

Shape the living **** out of those accounts.

CW has a great product line with excellent price points. And they manage their own home profiles!
 
Yeah I aint moving, dont trust WA's shaping policies at all...

Wouldnt mind if CW wanted to be a bit more competitive though, we are in need of as much saving as possible.

Maybe CW can fill the void, R279 currently gets 100gb, would be nice if this went to 120gb :)
 
Do you guys have any tips for downloading nzb's? I'm getting mostly spam and broken downloads. Using nzb.is to search, and Newsbin Pro to download (bought the full version years ago). I'm considering paying the $2.50pm fee for the Newsbin integrated search functionality - I remember it being vastly superior to the rubbish I'm using now.

That's news to me. I thought Web Africa were one of the better ISP's, along with Vox and CW. Just as well I went with CW then.

Hmmm. My entire setup is automated through SABnzb and Sonarr with various search providers for my series. I use AstraWeb and CW's news server without any problems.

I've heard great things about their business class packages. However just like CW (before they took control of their own home capped profiles), they shape home capped if needed on certain protocols when contention is high. No thanks. CW all the way. Or VoX. Both are top notch.
 
Bryn.. hold up there.

Send 'yebocan' a PM asking for an invite to NZBSA... its a local site with tons and tons of usenet stuff. I use this in conjunction with another private NZB site however the NZBSA seems to be the best option.. alot more content.

I use Altbinz to schedule and download from the CW premium news server.

Any corrupt files can be fixed through downloading the par2 files associated with the download, and using quickpar to fix the broken files, by adding blocks from the par2 files. never understood how this works, but it does and its great :)

Let me know if you dont come right. Ive got my wife download NZB's, so if she can do it, im sure you can :)

No additional monees are required to be forked out for this.

There is also an international public usenet browser you can search on, cant think of the name now.

The premium server is lightening fast.

Edit: Can't login to nzbsa. Password and username definitely correct. Will give it a few hours and try again later.

Oh for **** sakes! I went ahead with being a retard and submitted payment just now of my R429 bill, but I didn't update the reference.

If it was submitted with the same reference as last month it's not a problem whatsoever...
